What is usually time when Ice melts and its able to go boat fishing in Mjøsa? And when is usual time for pike to spawn in Mjøsa? I was checking depth map and was thinking that a little bit past spawn time Botsenden and Åkersvika area shoud be very good spot for girl. Am I right?

And my plan is to fish from a small boat with 5hp engine,so im looking for best spots where i dont have to take big trips.

Hello, Im planning my fishing trip in May and I have these tree lakes in my mind. My main target fish is pike(gjedde), i know all these lakes have rivers going in to them from norht, and there should be good pike fishing there. Mybe someone have suggestions wich one is better for pike/perch fishing? And mybe wich are the best areas? Thanks!

Im planning my trip to Norway this year from may till july, I will be staying most of the time Sor-Fron region city called Vinstra. Im very passionate pike(Gjedde) fisherman, I know that that specific region are really good for trout and char fishing, but Im hoping that there are some place where i would be able to catch some good size pikes. I know that Norway is famous for big pikes because locals don't catch them too much, but most places I know are around Oslo. I would appreciate a lot if someone could give me some directions where I should look for catching my Norway Gjedde.
