ian
I tried fishing with prawns yesterday and caught absolutely nothing, I have never seen my rod tip so steady, it was like frozen in time or something. What was I doing wrong?
Karl Inge S
Not sure you did anything wrong... I fished with 2 rods for 2 hours yesterday and only caught 4 dabs, so it was slow.... What tackle do you use?
ian
This is the rig I tried yesterday, fishing of the Melingsholmen in Tananger http://www.worldseafishing.com/tackle/shor...pulley_rig.html As you can maybe tell from the rig, I want to catch some cod. Where is the best place to buy makrell for bait? I tried the local supermarket but they did not have. Edited February 2, 2009 by ian

ian
Found some frozen makrell fillets in the supermarket and went fishing for a few hours this evening. Caught 5 small whiting, largest was about 20cm, and one dab about 25cm. Constant bites with size 5/0 hook but no fish, so went down a couple of sizes. Would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to upload pictures here. Ian.
Karl Inge S
You have to use a photoservice like photobucket, flickr.com and copy the location link to your post here using the "picture" icon when posting
