shikam Skrevet May 6, 2009 Rapporter Share Skrevet May 6, 2009 which boat types are most comfortable for fishing? Plastic boats: AL, STEADY, PIONER Rubber Inflatable boats: Zodiac, AquaQuick, SilverMarine, HanneHove/Honda, Bombard Fiber glass boats: GH, Terhi I have used normal fiber glass 13-14 ft jolle but they are not very comfortable for fishing. Difficult to stand, unstable, and little space. I have never tried any inflatable boats. How is the fishing experience with such boats? with plastic boats? and with good fiber glass boats? palkr Skrevet May 6, 2009 Rapporter Share Skrevet May 6, 2009 You cannot stand safely in any of the smaller boats at sea, at least in my opinion. Sooner or later a large wave will knock you over, and you need to have a 'rail' (don't know the english word for "rekke") that is approximately waist high to prevent you from falling overboard. Of the mentioned boats, I only have experience with a Pioner 13ft. It's relatively stable (partly due to it's weight, I guess). It's a pretty flat bottom, so the directional stability is so-so. On the positive side: it's nearly indestructible. Svar på innlegget Lenke til kommentar Del på andre sider
