En fransk i Tromsø

Hello everybody !

First, I am very sorry to write in english, but my norwegian is too bad...

I just arrived in Tromsø yesterday. Three years ago, I was in Bergen for one year.

I have many questions ;-)

- I usually fisk with soft lures in the sea or with natural baits, and only with lures in rivers or lakes. For the moment I don't have boat.

Do you know places aroud Tromsø where it is possible to rent it ?

- Also, because I am only able to fish from shore, could you give some places to fish around Tromsø ? I know there is Hella and Kvalsundet for example.

- I read somewhere that the rules to fish in rivers or lakes are quite complicated in Norway. How do that work in Troms ?

I love to fish trout. Is there any places ? I also love to fish pike. Are they around or it is too cold for them ?

- Steinbit ! Do you fish it with lures ? Or with natural baits ? I missed one in Bergen. It went away when it was in front of me. I didn't want to touch it ! I thought it was electric or something like this (you can laugh...). I "caught" it with that: http://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patella_vulgata

Salut mec, bienvenue dans notre forum

Malheureusement j´habite tres loin de Tromsø, a kristiansand tout au sud, donc je ne peu pas te guider au endroits a tromsø, mais je peu essayer avec quelques conseilles generale.

Pour le loup de mer oui le absolut meilleur c avec des moulles ou maquerau ou hareng. Les meilleurs temps sera pendant le printemps de mars a mai, apres le période de frai ou ils sont au large. mais ils remonte pour se casser le ventre mais ils sont aussi bien local si tu trouve un tu en as plusieurs autour. il nest pas electrique mais ne met pas tes doigts dans sa gueule, utilise une pince pour enlever le hamecon. met un morceau de bois dans sa tronche pour eviter qil morde tout, toi inclu

I keep in mind your advices. Thanks a lot.

I went to Hella today for one hour. It is very very deep indeed. I was very suprised. I got one small cod (release) and a bigger one (about 60cm I think). Took with a soft lure (storm eel).

Nice place to fish but the road from Tromso is a bit hard.

I have a Wild Romance Shimano (ferocius solid). It is ok, but I think I will need something to throw further. I'll see next month.
