Best period to fish Gudbrandsdalslagen

Hello,

First please excuse myself for not speaking norvegian and righting in english. My name is Olivier and i'm a french Fisherman planning a trip in Norway next summer (2024). I will fish for brown trout using wobblers and spinners.

I would like to know if it's possible to fish the Gudbrandsdalslagen river from mid July to the end of July ? I read that the snow is melting in July, coloring the river.

What is the best period for fishing this river with spinners ?
